Located inside Yosemite, we're minutes from the valley floor, skiing (both downhill & cross country), giant redwoods and the most famous concentration of waterfalls and rock formations on the planet!

Yosemite's Top of the Pines Living Room

Yosemite's Top of the Pines is a three bedroom, 2 bath duplex with lots of room and comfort. The living room includes a queen size sofa bed and an oversized fireplace (firewood included). Guests enjoy satellite TV / VCR, the oversized deck & the view!

All 3 bedrooms contain queen size beds and virtually every window offers great vistas. Why settle for cramped, crowded & overpriced "in the valley" accommodations when you can have the luxury of Yosemite's Top of the Pines ... Yosemite's Best Kept Secret?

No need to break the vacation budget eating restaurant food. Guests here appreciate the fully equipped kitchen (you bring the food). Have breakfast in the dining room. Fix a picnic lunch for a daytime outing. Enjoy dinner & a spectacular sunset view from the picnic table on the deck. There's even an on-site laundry. The choices are always yours at Yosemite's Top of the Pines!

2 adults $175 @ night
4 adults $275 @ night
6 adults $325 @ night
8 adults $375 @ night
additional person $25 @ night
children 5 & under free

Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods (3 night minimum)
Rates do not reflect 10% bed tax, 1% tourism tax & $75 cleaning fee
$500 Security Deposit refunded if no damage to the home

No Pets and No Indoor Smoking

CANCELATION POLICY:
Ê We will gladly return you deposit less a $100.00 processing fee, if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation. ÊNo refund for cancellation with less than 30 days notice. ÊNo refunds for weather, early departure or late cancellation.
