The custom kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven microwave, trash compactor, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, mixer, waffle iron, dinnerware, glassware & baking supplies. There's a breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen.

The master bedroom downstairs has a king size sleigh bed, a jacuzzi tub, shower & two sinks. The closet has extra sets of linens & towels. The deck off the master bedroom has a table & chairs. the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and are also equipped with extra linens & towels. there's also a laundry room with washer & dryer downstairs.

The Jumping Deer Apartment is 500 sq. ft. The bedroom features a queen size bed and the sofa/bed in the living room is full size. Included is a TV/VCR, stereo & CD with a tape & book library. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker; it comes equipped with dishes, glasses and pots & pans. Guests may eat at the dining room table (visit this link for kitchen & dining room view) or on the adjacent deck which has table & chairs & BBQ. The suite includes a private bath with tile shower & a covered private entry.

• When you make your reservation, you will be charged immediately for two (2) nights, including tax, on your Visa or MasterCard.
  
• One (1) month prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be charged to your original credit card.
  
• Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.
  
• Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty-five (25) percent on the deposit received, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
  
• In the event of a cancellation, within seven (7) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
  
• Sorry, we do not give refunds for shortened stays. Therefore, please avoid making a reservation, unless you are sure all your parties agree on the date, accommodation type, and cancellation policy.
