The living room has a couch that makes into a queen bed. Both upstairs & downstairs bathrooms have tub & shower. A fully - stocked kitchen includes everything but food. Appliances include a color TV / VCR, stereo, stove / oven, full size refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, trash compactor, washer and dryer. A propane BBQ is also available for use.

• Rental rates are $300 per day for one or two persons
  
• $35 additional per person up to a maximum of 8 people
  
• $100 Advance Reservation Deposit to reserve date (non-refundable)
  
• $200 Security Deposit Required (refundable unless inspection reveals breach of rental agreement resulting in damages)
  
• Payment in Full Required 30 days in advance
  
• All Holidays Add 10% with Rental Fees payable 60 days in advance
  
• Minimum 4 Night Stay
  
• Special Rates are for rentals of one week or more
  
• Rates don't reflect 10% occupancy tax
  
• No Smoking or Pets, Please!
